Beer artwork while enjoying the top beers in the world

Do you like drinking beer so much that this makes you a huge beer fan capable of having a beer themed phone case or a beer themed backpack? Did you ever imagined that there are online shops focused on Beer Artwork ? Craft Beer Art project is one (maybe one of the very few) of them, focused in providing unique, custom artwork beer themed gifts and accessories.

What can you see on the Craft Beer Art project ? Some of the things there are so wild that probably you never tought they exist. Like blankets with custom design based on beer labels. In fact, everything for sale there is based on real, existing beer labels. Would you like to go to the beach with a beer themed beach towel ? They exist there! Do you like spending time doing puzzles? Why not doing a beer themed puzzle? You can also find beer themed stickers, pet beds, materials, posters and more.

In addition to selling beer themed crafted works of art they try to create the first museum dedicated to the preserving and celebrating the history and impact of art on the beer industry. You can help them to achieve this goal by signing their petition or contributing to their cause. Beer lovers and Art lovers can unite to help create something truly awesome!! Sign the petition here: Create an art of beer museum!

Let’s see what kind of beer labels are used while doing a short overview of the best beer brands in the world. Toppling Goliath Brewing Company’s Kentucky Brunch Brand Stout is creamy and satisfying, loaded with coffee and is one of the best-tasting beers to drink. From the breathtaking bouquet to the lip-licking maple aftertaste you’re going to fall hard for KBBS. If you can find it. Because if there’s one downside here, it’s not with the liquor, but with the fact it’s not widely distributed. If you have the opportunity though don’t waste a second snapping up this top-rated beer. You won’t be sorry. ABV 12%

Where do we hope to find the most beer fans ? Some cities are known as beer cities and here is one of them. The beer revolution came early to Victoria, with its first brewpub opening in 1984 and the number of breweries and beer-focused outlets steadily growing since then. Swans Brewery, one of BC’s craft beer pioneers, continues to draw loyal fans to its well-appointed brewpub and hotel. It’s around the corner from Canoe Brewpub, a fellow elder statesman of the scene, where you can kick back with a juicy pale ale on the patio. The next generation of Victoria craft beer is exemplified by Hoyne, a brewery created by the former brewmaster at Swans and co-founder of Canoe. Sean Hoyne now flies his own flag with creations like Entre Nous, a Belgian-style witbier brewed with BC cherries. Driftwood Beer pushes the limits even further with inventive beers like the Raised by Wolves IPA brewed with juicy Ekuanot hops and wild yeast.

Yoga classes guides

Comprehensive guide to yoga training, this seems like a popular topic in 2019. Stress is up, life is fast, more problems clouds our mind and yoga seems the perfect answer.

What is Yoga? Yoga is a mind and body practice with a 5,000-year history in ancient Indian philosophy. Various styles of yoga combine physical postures, breathing techniques, and meditation or relaxation. In more recent years, it has become popular as a form of physical exercise based upon poses that promote improved control of the mind and body and enhance well-being. There are several different types of yoga and many disciplines within the practice. This article explores the history, philosophy, and various branches of yoga. Yoga is a scientific system of physical and mental practices that originated in India more than three thousand years ago. Its purpose is to help each one of us achieve our highest potential and to experience enduring health and happiness. With Yoga, we can extend our healthy, productive years far beyond the accepted norm and, at the same time, improve the quality of our lives. The branch of Yoga that forms the main focus of my teaching work with both adults and children is called Hatha Yoga. Hatha Yoga begins by working with the body on a structural level, helping to align the vertebrae, increase flexibility, and strengthen muscles and connective tissue. At the same time, internal organs are toned and rejuvenated; the epidermal, digestive, lymphatic, cardiovascular, and pulmonary systems are purified of toxins and waste matter; the nervous and endocrine systems are balanced and toned; and brain cells are nourished and stimulated. The end result is increased mental clarity, emotional stability, and a greater sense of overall well-being.

Each Sun Salutation round consists of two sets. These 12 yoga poses complete one set of Surya Namaskar. To complete the second half, you need to repeat the same sequence of postures, only moving the left leg instead of the right (in steps 4 and 9 given below). You might find several versions of doing Sun Salutation. However, it is best to stick to one particular sequence and practice it regularly for best results. More on Surya Namaskar or Sun Salutation.

The Crow yoga pose strengthens the wrists, forearms and abdomen while also stretching the hamstring. Balance is crucial for this pose. This mudra is used for mental clarity. You perform this gesture when you need to understand intuitive messages from your subconscious (i.e., dreams or meditations that puzzle you). One of the most powerful benefits of this mudra can be found in the improvement of communication, such as improving internal and external dialogue. Method: This mudra is performed by touching your thumb to your pinky finger, while holding your other three fingers straight.

Sukhasana (Easy Pose): You can sit in this position for any length of time, but if you practice this pose regularly, be sure to alternate the cross of the legs. A good rule of thumb: On even-numbered days, cross the right shin in front of the left, and on odd-numbered days, do the opposite. Alternately, you can divide the practice time in half, and spend the first half with your right leg forward, and the second half with the left leg forward. Sukhasana is a Sanskrit word where sukh means “pleasure” or “happiness”, and asana means “pose”. It creates a calm ambiance in your body and mind. This pose encourages groundedness and a humble atmosphere in your body. During this exercise, try to focus in between the eyebrows. Lift up your energy from the social desires of the world to walk a path towards enlightenment.

Types of Yoga: What are the four main types of yoga? Answer: karma, bhakti, jnana, and raja. Sivananda yoga was brought to the United States by Swami Vishnudevananda in 1957. This is a yoga system based on the five yogic principals: proper breathing, relaxation, diet, exercise, and positive thinking. These work together to make a healthy yogic lifestyle. The asana practice is usually twelve basic postures or variations of the Asanas, with Sun Salutations and Savasana. There is no music.

This is an offshoot of Ashtanga and also involves a number of athletic yoga postures and each movement is coordinated with one’s breath. This is also a very physically demanding practice. The pace is quick and you will not have to hold any one pose for too long. The key is to flow from one pose to the next so your heart rate gets pumping. Both Ashtanga and Vinyasa are great if your aim is to tone your body. It also works your core and upper body and gives you a cardio workout. This practice does not have a set structure and often depends on the teacher who might include some meditation and chanting.

Yogis tend to take fewer breaths of greater volume, which is both calming and more efficient. A 1998 study published in The Lancet taught a yogic technique known as “complete breathing” to people with lung problems due to congestive heart failure. After one month, their average respiratory rate decreased from 13.4 breaths per minute to 7.6. Meanwhile, their exercise capacity increased significantly, as did the oxygen saturation of their blood. In addition, yoga has been shown to improve various measures of lung function, including the maximum volume of the breath and the efficiency of the exhalation. Yoga also promotes breathing through the nose, which filters the air, warms it (cold, dry air is more likely to trigger an asthma attack in people who are sensitive), and humidifies it, removing pollen and dirt and other things you’d rather not take into your lungs.

Yoga encourages overall health and wellness: Yoga is not just about working out, it’s about a healthy lifestyle. The practice of yoga allows students to find stillness in a world consumed with chaos. Peace and tranquility achieved through focused training appeals to everyone. Yoga’s deep breathing and meditation practices help foster an inner shift from to-do lists, kids and spouse’s needs, financial concerns, and relationship struggles to something a little bit bigger than the issues you face. Yoga helps relieve stress and declutters the mind, helping you to become more focused.

Best welding tricks

5 welding supplies tricks: how to become a more skilled welder and how to select the top welding equipment. If a ball forms on the end of your rod when welding you are doing something wrong. It is usually one or more of these things: Too long an arc… • Too much torch angle • Not enough amperage for the rod size • Bad filler rod angle • Or some combination of all of these things. The 2 things I see most often with noobs are too long an arc AND too much torch angle. A long arc sets TIG welding back a few decades because it’s more like gas welding with an oxyfuel torch. The heat is not concentrated and you get this big heated arc plume like you get with a gas welding torch. Why would you want that? Your arc length should not be much more than the diameter of your tungsten electrode. I know that’s pretty close and if you get too close you will be grinding electrodes more than you are welding. But if you want really good welds, you need to use a tight arc.

So pay attention to the way you grind your tungsten. You have probably read that Tungsten electrodes should only be ground longitudinally, not sideways or the world will come to an end and dogs and cats will start sleeping together. Take it from someone who has been TIG welding for over 30 years and has sharpened electrodes every way imaginable including using a cutting torch. That’s right I said cutting torch. It does matter how you grind tungsten electrodes. There is a big difference between a tungsten electrode ground sideways on a 36 grit stone to one ground properly on a fine diamond wheel. But there is not much difference between a tungsten ground sideways on a fine wheel and one that has been ground longitudinally on the same wheel… Unless you are welding razor blades or at extremely low amperages. or doing automatic low amperage orbital welding. A lot of people will argue this point with me. I dont care. I cant make myself say that tungsten grinders make a lot of difference when I dont really believe it.

Look for ways to support your hands. Having good support for your hands or arms is crucial for moving the torch with precise control. I do my best welding when the base of my hands or my wrists is supported in some way. Often you can rest your wrists on the part being welded. I keep an assortment of wood and metal blocks near my welding bench, and I often can get better support by positioning a block to rest my torch hand on. There are occasions where I rest my forearms, or even my elbows, on something for support. Many welders set up special support bars, positioned parallel to the joint being welded, and they slide their torch hand along the bar to help follow the joint with fine control. For some out-of-position work, I’ve had to rely on resting only my shoulder on something, and while not ideal, it’s better than having no support at all. Even placing my hip against something stationary can offer a bit of support, but I can’t weld very well when standing ‘free,’ with no support at all.

Searching for the best TIG Welders? We recommend Welding Supplies Direct & Associate company TWS Direct Ltd is an online distributor of a wide range of welding supplies, welding equipment and welding machines. We supply Plasma Cutters, MIG, TIG, ARC Welding Machines and support consumables to the UK, Ireland and Europe.

Keep in mind that heavy-duty MIG welding often produces a lot of heat, sparks and spatter, and requires a lower degree of dexterity than some other forms of welding. Therefore, using thick, stiff leather gloves that provide a higher level of protection is smart. Similarly, choose leather footwear that covers your entire foot and leaves as little room as possible for spatter to fall along your ankle line. High-top leather shoes and work boots often provide the best protection. Finally, always be sure you have adequate ventilation per OSHA recommendations and check material safety data sheets (MSDS) for each metal being welded and filler metal being used. Use a respirator whenever required by the MSDS.

Commissioned by Napoleon III in 1860, the Palais Garnier Opera House was designed by Charles Garnier in an exuberant Baroque style. Garnier worked tirelessly on the project for over a decade, from 1862 to 1875. Today, the opulent monument is a symbol of Napoleon’s Imperial regime. The facade features classical columns and eight sculptures representing allegorical figures: Poetry, Music, Idyll, Recitation, Song, Drama, and Dance. The loggia depicts busts of composers, including Rossini, Beethoven, and Mozart, while the cupola is topped with a statue of Apollo with allegorical figures of Poetry and Music. Upon entering the building, visitors are dazzled by the lavish 11,000-square-meter interior. Most of the building’s space is dedicated to the grand foyer with its fabulous Grand Escalier, marble entrance staircase, adorned by ornate gilded lamps.

Do you need to enjoy the blue sky and the warm sun ? Miami is a fabulous place to relax. What can you do in Miami? The Coral Castle is the result of one man’s 28 years of carving, using his own home-made tools. This incredible creation, made of limestone, was built by Edward Leedskalnin between 1923 and 1951. He kept his methods private and would not allow anyone to watch him work, leaving many people to wonder how he did it. Today, you can tour the property and see the most famous structure, a giant stone gate, which opens effortlessly with the touch of a finger, as well as carvings that include stone tables and chairs, unique figures, and other pieces. Have you ever wanted to spend a day and a night on your own beautiful island? An island paradise smack-bang in the middle of gorgeous clear blue seas where there’s no one else around?A place where all you have to do is jump in the water when it gets too hot? Well, the island you see in the image above is one of those. We stayed there on our second night. Well that’s San Blas. It gets even better. We had a Kuna Native visit us. An hour after he left he dropped off some ice cold beers we could enjoy around the fire on our own island. I guess Robinson Crusoe wouldn’t have minded that service! The Kuna people are the indigenous tribe that inhabit some of the islands. We had the chance to be able to stay on one of their islands for 2 out of the three nights we were there. On the second night we had the chance to play football with the kids and hang out at the local bar in the evening. They’re very welcoming people, and it was definitely a great experience to see the way that the Kuna people live.

Thailand and Phuket are a fabulous place if you are searching for ancient history mixed with modern attractions exploration. The Phi Phi Islands, also in Krabi, are one of Thailand’s most popular resort areas for a reason. Only Phi Phi Don is inhabited, with day trips available to the surrounding islands. One of the fun spots on Koh Phi Phi is Monkey Beach, where you’ll come face-to-face, literally, with the namesake creatures. You can hire a guide to take you out on a small wooden boat or rent your own kayak. There’s also a small stand where you can buy snacks and fruit shakes, but hang onto your treats. If you leave them unguarded, the monkeys will brazenly dig in and chow down right in front of you. Long Beach is another nice spot on the island; it’s not a secluded place, but is great for watching the sunset. If you’re lucky and the tide is out, it’s a beautiful walk back toward the main part of the island. Tour operators offer packages for snorkeling and diving trips, as well as excursions to the infamous Maya Bay, where the Leonardo DiCaprio movie The Beach was filmed. Because Koh Phi Phi draws so many tourists, there are plenty of tour companies arranging tickets to other beach destinations, such as Phuket, Koh Chang, and Koh Lanta. Though you would hardly know to see it now, Phi Phi Don was one of the areas hit hard by the 2004 tsunami. Guesthouses, restaurants, and markets have been rebuilt and crowds still come in droves to the resort island. There is a small, somber memorial park to honor those who died in the tragedy, yet the resort areas appear otherwise revived.

Let’s talk about outrageous clothing collections

Let’s talk about controversial clothing collections! Melania Trump is no stranger to controversy, especially when it comes to her outfit choices. She faced criticism for the sky-high stilettos she wore to Texas following Hurricane Harvey, she was called out for gardening in Balmain, and, most notably, she sparked outrage this summer when she wore a Zara jacket with the words “I Really Don’t Care Do U?” printed across the back. In what many considered a very calculated move, the first lady wore the jacket while on her way to visit a detention center in Texas that was housing immigrant children who were separated from their parents at the Mexican border.

Jean Paul Gaultier’s Fall/Winter 1993 Collection, “Chic Rabbis” was what Jean Paul Gaultier labeled his Fall/Winter 1993 show because it was inspired by a trip to NYC where he encountered a group of rabbis leaving the New York Public Library. The designer said he loved the elegance of their dress with their hats and huge coats flapping in the wind but the collection came under fire for being culturally insensitive with specific complaints from Hasidic groups concerning female models in the show wearing traditionally masculine hairstyles and clothes.

Tory Burch’s All-White “Juju On That Beat” Ad, Tory Burch was accused of cultural appropriation after featuring three white models dancing to “Juju On That Beat” in her ad campaign. One social media user captured the overwhelming sentiment quite succinctly: “Tory Burch definitely should’ve had women of color in that ad and that’s all I’m going to say about the situation.”

It’s the job of director of Chanel Karl Lagerfeld to always have his finger on the pulse. In 2015, he tapped into feminism’s recent wave and staged a protest at the end of his show. Hashtag activism and pop culture protests are on the rise, and Lagerfeld’s models also took to the ‘streets’: a runway entitled Boulevard Chanel, created inside the Grand Palais. Cara Delevingne and Caroline de Maigret had megaphones, while a parade of models including Kendall Jenner, Georgia May Jagger, Edie Campbell, Joan Smalls, and even Gisele Bündchen brandished signs that read “History is Her Story,” “Feminism Not Masochism,” “We Can Match the Machos” and “Ladies First.” Even male model Baptiste Giabiconi waved a “He For She” banner, which just might be our favorite nod to Emma Watson’s global UN campaign yet. The “Free Freedom” sign may have been an ironic nod to Free the Nip, the cause du jour for models like Delevingne, who opened the show, and Kendall Jenner, who Instagrammed about it post-show. “I’m Every Woman” blared from the speakers, and everyone danced in their seats. Did Lagerfeld just co-opt feminism to sell some clothes? All we know is that feminism itself is controversial at the moment.

Another disturbing fashion line is Headhunters Line, a very bold fashion line that already generated a lot of controversy. Sex, guns, outrageous message, this fashion clothing line has them all. See more info at https://www.headhuntersclothing.com/.

How to use your waist trainer

Let’s talk about the latex trainer that is perfect for women who have tried waist training before. Waist training: Well of COURSE we’re including waist training in our list! There is a lot of confusion around this term due to all the recent press from Kim Kardashian and a few others that are using “waist training” to define what they are doing at the gym with a latex cincher. However, true waist training requires the use of a steel boned corset to get the semi-permanent results that most true waist trainers are trying to achieve. You’ll find lots more information about waist trainers and waist training on our Waist Training 101 page.

It didn’t start from that point. In fact, the waist trainer became popular in the 1500s. Women used it especially after PostPartum to get their shape back and to highlight their best looks… just like they were before they had a child. 🙂 Of course, back then, it was based on tying cotton around the body with bone rods to get their look back. In the 1800s, corsets became the style. You can think it was just a fashion statement, but if you look a little closer at the garments, it was really to highlight the look of attraction to any nearby admirers that want to see all our beauty and glory from the waist up… or down. The waist is the central point that shows it all, isn’t it?

The best bit about waist trainers is that they can be used by anyone. No matter what your age, weight or fitness level is, a waist trainer will deliver results to all body types. Regardless of whether you want to shed some serious pounds or just tone up here and there, a waist trainer can help to slim, sculpt and tighten your midsection. However, just because it’s accessible by anyone doesn’t mean you won’t need a little adjustment to get started. The compression of the waist trainer can take a while to get used to and your garment will need to be gently broken in too.

How To Use a Waist Trainer
1. Your body must become accustomed to the constriction of the waist trainer. We recommend that the first few days of wearing the trainer to wear for limited amount of time 2-4 hours per day (depending on how much you feel is comfortable).
2. Gradually add an hour or two to your regime until you are able to wear the trainer through out the entire day.
3. Once the trainer is worn-in you can then begin to use the second set of clasps making the trainer tighter.
4. As you lose weight it will become more comfortable and will not feel as tight.
5. Now you can progress to the next size down as part of your continued weight loss regime. Read more info at Waist Trainer Benefits.

What people say about WaistTrain : “Absolutely loving my waist trainer. Much better than any ‘suck me in’ pants and way cheaper! It’s really comfortable and doesn’t ride up or down like others. It’s given me my confidence back since losing my waist after having my 2 nippers!” I don’t have huge results yet, but just because of that I got lots of my confidence back, I simply feel way better with myself.”

Diet is always the most essential part in any weight loss plan. By safely compressing your stomach, waist trainers can effectively curb appetites as the body adjusts to eating smaller portions during meals. Wearing a waist trainer during exercise increases perspiration (which has a cleansing effect, removing toxins and impurities) and helps the body’s thermogenesis process. Improve your posture with waist training as it aids in keeping the body upright. Waist trainers assist those who stand or sit for extended periods of time, keeping you from slouching , helping to relive tension and pain in the back. Waist trainers can be worn underneath your everyday clothes as shapewear to enhance your body. Even exposed they make for a fashionable addition to your outfit especially in conjunction with your usual activewear.
